Hydra is the closed name of a large Russian-language market. German and U.S. authorities announced a seizure in April 2022, including server infrastructure and a large bitcoin figure in the public statements. The page records that announcement. It does not reopen anything.
The 2022 statements are the spine: a long-running Russian-language market, a seizure of servers in Germany, and allegations about cryptocurrency. Secondary articles repeat those figures. Tor Wiki attributes them to the announcements rather than certifying the totals.
